Create new original and fun networking situations
human bingo
Cross-cutting connection without stopping the day. Human Bingo turns informal moments like coffee, lunch, or breaks into connection and getting-to-know-you conversations. This activity doesn't need its own space or a slot in the agenda: the dynamic runs in parallel to everything already planned.
how it works
At the start of the day or before lunch, each person receives a card in credential format with 9 or 12 characteristics. The goal is simple: find, throughout the day, someone who meets each one and write down their name.
The characteristics are designed according to what you want to provoke. They can be impersonal and generic, like: "someone who has a completely useless skill", "someone who plays in a music band", or conversely they can be completely personalised to the team, incorporating traits, realities and situations specific to the company. For example, "someone who just joined the company", "someone from the finance department"
The activity's customisation capacity is so great that you can even include challenges that demand a specific action between two people or with the environment.
The activity doesn't interrupt anything: it integrates into the existing agenda and makes every break an opportunity for connection. The day can close with a count of those characteristics that were hardest to find, the funniest ones and even give away or raffle prizes to those people able to have completed their bingo!
who it is for
Teams that have just gone through a restructuring or merger. Networking days or company lunches. Spaces that want to offer added value to the client's event without adding operational complexity.
