how it works
We divide the group into two teams that will compete to transfer the maximum number of balls from point A to point B.
But be careful, they must follow rules and handicaps that will test their strategy, coordination and mental flexibility. The real challenge is not just moving balls, but continuously improving and achieving objectives. That's why, before each round, each team will make a forecast of how many balls they think they can transfer in one and a half minutes.
Getting the forecast right earns points… but falling short penalizes!
Over three rounds, you will see how communication, execution and accuracy in planning evolve and improve at an accelerated pace.
A simple game, but with powerful learning for teamwork.
