how it works

Canva is an activity designed to awaken creativity, a sense of belonging, and our inner child.

The mission: create a collective work of art that represents the team's identity. With limited resources—some donated, others hidden in the environment—and a set timeframe, participants must organize themselves, make decisions, and imagine how to bring their shared vision to life on a giant canvas.

The result is a unique work where every person is represented, and which reflects how this team sees itself—and feels—from within.

And the best part comes at the end (shhht, it's a surprise): each person takes home a small piece of the original canvas, framed, as a tangible reminder of that day: the process, the group, and what they built together.
