We venture into the forest with a clear mission: to build a cabin that represents the team.
But it’s not just about putting up four poles: it’s about raising a shared vision, a symbolic structure of how we are, work, and move forward together.
Each group must explore the surroundings, make decisions, and manage resources. Do we invest what we have in the “natural stores”? Or do we risk seeking free resources marked on the map?
Time is limited, so strategy, collaboration, and a good dose of creativity are essential.
Once the cabin is built, everyone gathers around to share its meaning: what they created and what it represents. It’s an exercise in reflection, future vision, and pure connection.
An outdoor activity that lets us play like kids and we talk about ourselves in a light and indirect way, without bias.
