how it works

We venture into the forest with a clear mission: to build a cabin that represents the team. But it's not just about putting up four poles: it's about building a shared vision, a symbolic structure of how we are, work and move forward together.

To achieve this, each group will need to explore the environment, make decisions and manage resources. Do we invest what we have in the "natural shops"? Or do we risk looking for free resources beyond?

Time is limited, so we'll need to combine strategy, collaboration and a good touch of creativity. Once the cabin is built, all participants will gather around it to share its meaning: what have they created and what does it represent? It's an exercise in reflection, future vision and connection in its purest form.

An outdoor activity where we return to playing as we did when we were children, and talk about ourselves in a pleasant and indirect way, without bias.
