how it works

Insights Discovery is a self-knowledge tool based on a personality test that reveals our communication profile and relationship with others and the environment.

During the session, we will explore the theoretical foundations, challenges and tips for each profile type, fostering the necessary attitude to interpret and apply this knowledge.

Each participant will take the test individually and receive a summary of their profile. Thus, we will not only understand how we are, but also how others perceive us, the key to improving our personal and professional relationships.
