At Gravity, we put these invisible forces into values by building structures from recycled materials. Teams build in an unstable environment, where resources change, rules adjust and conditions constantly evolve. Faced with this context, a key question emerges: what really sustains the system when the context changes or when invisible forces carry more weight than ever?
