how it works
Added Value is a business game that transforms teams into companies competing within a dynamic and challenging market. The objective is to generate maximum value by accumulating LEGO pieces, but to achieve this you will need to make strategic decisions, negotiate with other teams and work together.
Value is calculated according to the type, colour and quantity of pieces obtained, and can be increased by overcoming different challenges. In addition, participants will have access to a special currency to acquire resources and face the unforeseen events that will arise throughout the game.
At the end of the activity, each team presents their company and we calculate their points. We talk about the roles we have observed, the dynamics that have been created and we highlight (and never better said) the Added Value generated between all the companies. Because in the end, we are one team, and this must always be valued.
