How many boxes would you be able to tick before time runs out?
ELGORDO starts by handing out a card to each person. Twelve boxes, and none of them tick themselves: "find someone who joined this year", "take a selfie with someone from marketing", "get someone to tell you their worst moment of the year" or "find someone with a completely useless virtue". To complete it, thinking and waiting won't help: you need to get up, search, ask and meet the person who can sign off on your next box.
What happens next is what every celebration needs and almost never happens. Within minutes the entire room is on its feet and moving, asking, pointing and introducing themselves. People stop sitting with their team because the person they need to tick the next box is on the other side of the room.
There's limited time and there's a draw. And only complete cards count: whoever falls short stays out, no matter how good their conversation was. We prepare the boxes with you, so your company, your year, your quirks and your people appear in them.
