CHRISTMAS MARKET

Sounds idyllic, doesn't it? We propose that for an afternoon, your offices, your garden or the space you choose stop being the place where you work and become something else: a route of stalls distributed throughout the venue and, in the center, the square, with hot chocolate, punch, music and everyone's meeting point.

The teams are mixed, they move through rounds and pass through all the stalls. In some you build and create: creative workshops where each team or each person takes home something made with their own hands. In others you compete: skill, accuracy, speed and quiz. In others you sing. And there's always a stall where what is achieved ends up outside the event, turned into real solidarity action. Meanwhile, a transversal dynamic provokes conversations between people who didn't know each other.

And in the end, everything converges. What during the afternoon seemed like separate activities comes together in a single collective closing: the count, what was created by all the teams displayed together, the final performance sung by the entire company at once and the result of the solidarity stall. What started as an individual route for each group ends up being one single thing made by everyone together.
