how it works

At Synergies, participants venture into the forest in groups, but not to compete… but to discover how real teamwork depends on cooperation between everyone.

Each group will face challenges, activities and puzzles that require coordination and flexibility. Sometimes, teams will need to separate to distribute resources and move towards common goals.

At the end, everyone will meet at a final point to share and assess what they have achieved… just like in the working world.

An experience that puts authentic collaboration into practice, beyond individual competencies.
