All participants head into the forest in groups to experience teamworking since they don't compete with each other. Success of the activity will depend on cooperation among groups.
Each group must achieve challenges, complete activities and solve puzzles. To do so teams may have to split up and distribute their resources to manage group objectives.
At the end we are coming together and we're going to share all that has been achieved just as in real working world.
